Yeah i know i probably have more time than good sence but i decided to make this page since its capcom related.
From all the info i have gotten from your email (Thanx Guyz) heres what i have so far:

The actually meaning from what i have been told is strangly "ashtray".
It's usually the highest awarding bonus in all capcom games, like
full power in 1943, 10000 points in Ghosts n Goblins etc.
